Saharna – Țiglău
The story of Saharna-Tiglau Resort and its cottages began several years ago when Victor Lupascu the owner and host, discovered the place by chance when hiking in the area. Then, he was intrigued by the discovery of some old early 20th century mines dug underground by hand. And finally, Victor was impressed by the rich history and cultural heritage of the territory with archeological excavations discovering traces of a prehistoric Iron Age settlement dating back to the 10-9th century BC.
