Do you know what the legend of the “Mărțișor” is? The “Mărțișor” is the red and white symbol of spring, traditionally worn on the chest from 1 March to 31 March. The “Mărțișor” festival is an invitation for those who want to discover the rich culture and talented artists of Moldova. For two weeks, music and dance ensembles from the country and abroad transform the stage of the “Nicolae Sulac” concert hall into a real fairytale. For more than 50 years, the Mărțișor Festival has been celebrating this Romanian custom through music and dance, with the contribution of famous artists from Moldova and abroad.
