Orheiul Vechi cultural-natural Reserve is known for a complex relief that combines geological structures of about 13 million years old. Chisinau - EcoVillage Moldova (50 minutes, 42 km)


EcoVillage Moldova is located in Râșcova, a few kilometers out of Peresecina and is known for a community different from any other in Moldova. EcoVillage Moldova is located in Râșcova, a few kilometers out of Peresecina and is known for a community different from any other in Moldova. If you feel eager to experiment with organic gardening, seeing how constructions are made from natural materials, visiting the insects hotel, eating tasty vegan or vegetarian food, you better choose a trip to Rascova. At EcoVillage, you can stay overnight. In addition, here is a horse sanctuary - for the horses that have been abandoned or saved from being taken to the slaughterhouse. The adults coming here with their kids have the opportunity to spend good time, practice some hyppotherapy and take care of them.

The Guesthouse and House Museum Vatra Ancestorească was opened after 12 years of work by Anton Lascu, motivated by his passion for beautiful things, symbols of Moldovan traditions. Long ago, here was a 186 years old Boyar House, restored by Anton Lascu. Here you will see some of the National Costumes traditional for the people of Moldova as well as the tools used by the artisans - works gathered from all over the country. At the Vatra Stramoseasca (Ancestral Hearth), guests can taste traditional cousin, as it was in the time of their ancestors, and taste wine in the cellar of the house. Woodcarving workshops could be arranged for the large groups.

The winery also has an excellent restaurant. If you want to prolong your visit, then stay overnight. Chateau Vartely put some thought into the lodging. There are three types, one representing the homes found in the north, another the homes in central Moldova, and the third the homes you see in the south. If you want to experience the charms of homes in all three regions, then stay for three nights, each in a different type of design.

Chateau Vartely - Rustic Art Craftsmen Complex (24 minutes, 22 km)


If you like folk crafts — particularly hand-woven rugs — you will love the Rustic Art Crafts Complex in Clisova Noua village. Yes, Moldovans still weave authentic Bessarabian rugs on hand looms. You can see how they do it, and how they make traditional costumes, when you visit this area, which is on the Chisinau-Lvov road.

Rustic Art Craftsmen Touristic Complex - "Trei Pastori" Guesthouse (6 minutes, 5 km)


"Trei Pastori" is a relatively new Guesthouse. Why relatively new? Because until recently it was a summer camp for children. In 2020 it went through major renovation and turned into a comfortable hostel offering room to accommodate 30 tourists. In 2020 it went through major renovation and turned into a comfortable hostel offering room to accommodate 30 tourists. It is located amidst the nature, while on its territory there is a nice lake / outdoor swimming pool, terrace, patio, barbeque. The guesthouse is built in a rustic style, while each room is decorated with traditional elements (carpets, stoves) and the bathroom. In the guest house there is also a restaurant where you can pre-order delicious traditional dishes. If you want to break away from the urban agglomeration and spend a weekend in an area with traditions, in a picturesque and hospitable environment, then this is a perfect place to go.
