Who answers
This platform is operated by ANTRIM, the National Inbound and Domestic Tourism Association of Moldova.
What to write about
- Something wrong in a listing: a guesthouse that has closed, a price from two years ago, opening hours that no longer hold. We check it and either ask the host or organiser to fix it or take the listing down.
- Taking down a company or a listing published without its agreement. An ANTRIM coordinator can withdraw any listing from the site immediately.
- Appealing a decision: a refused listing, a company that was not approved, or a suspended tour-operator account. Write from the account's own address and tell us which company it is about.
Your personal data
You can ask what we hold about you and you can ask us to erase it. We reply from the address in your request before deleting anything. What we keep and why is described on the privacy page.
