The controller's details and the address for requests about personal data are published on the [Contact](https://moldova.travel/en/contact) page. ## What data we process and why - Your visit. We record the page opened, where the visit came from \(for example a search engine or an AI assistant\), campaign tags and the time. We do not keep your IP address and we use no tracking cookies or third-party scripts. The exact list of fields is in the [note on visit measurement](https://moldova.travel/en/Home/Privacy). Basis: the legitimate interest of knowing how a public service is used. - The planner and the chat. We keep your answers about the trip \(days, interests, budget\) and the messages you write in the chat. Conversations are archived and can be read by the platform's administrators in order to improve the answers. Please do not write personal data in the chat. Basis: steps taken at your request to give you an itinerary, and the legitimate interest of improving the service. - The itinerary by e-mail. If you ask for it, we use your e-mail address to send you the itinerary, one follow-up message and, after the trip, a short survey. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw from any message. - An enquiry to a tour operator. Your name, e-mail, phone \(optional\), group size, dates and message. Basis: your consent, given in the form. - Links to hosts. We count clicks on links to hosts, without tying them to your identity. - Partner accounts. For hosts and tour operators we keep the Portal account and company details. Basis: the partnership. Your favourites stay in your browser only and never reach us. ## Who receives data - The tour operator you address an enquiry to, so that they can answer you. From that moment they are responsible for how they use your data. - The providers that help us run the platform: hosting, located in the European Union, the e-mail delivery service, and the providers of the artificial-intelligence models that generate itineraries and chat answers. They receive only the text needed to answer and may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. - ANTRIM coordinators, to follow up the response to enquiries. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. ## How long we keep it - The planner's conversation session is deleted after 7 days. - Enquiries, the conversation archive and the visit log are kept for the duration of the project and of reporting to the funder; the exact periods are set by ANTRIM and will be published on this page. - If you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on the list of people we no longer write to. You can ask for your data to be erased at any time; see [Data protection \(GDPR\)](https://moldova.travel/en/g/data-protection-gdpr). ## Cookies Browsing the site uses no cookies. The planner uses a single technical cookie, needed to find your itineraries again and to respect the daily limit on plans. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. ## Security Data is stored on servers in the European Union and sent encrypted; access to it is limited to the people who need it, and administrators' actions are logged. ## Changes We update this page when the way we handle data changes.
